Here’s the video, which is only a problem if you find Madonna’s dress from that era a bit too inappropriate. Compared to her future work, this is tame.

Get it from iTunes or probably from your local used record store on vinyl or cassette.

Bonus: You could also consider “Lucky Star” from the same Album. The only minor problem is “And I need your light.And baby you know” but that’s probably innocuous enough to go unnoticed. I wouldn’t watch the video with the kids though.  iTunes link.
